Compassionate counseling for individuals and families
The mission of Dayspring Counseling Services is to provide compassionate and professional counseling to individuals and families. Empowering clients to achieve personal growth and emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment is a primary goal.
We believe everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Drawing from training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and DBT for specialized populations protocols, this practice offers evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. With additional clinical training in ADHD management and treatment, the practice employs an eclectic therapeutic style that combines proven methodologies to create personalized treatment plans. Psychological testing and autism testing services will be offered soon.
At Dayspring Counseling Services, compassionate and professional support to individuals and families in need is provided. Fostering a safe environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, leading to personal growth and healing is a primary goal.
I specialize in providing comprehensive therapeutic services across diverse populations and needs. My background includes specialized work with children facing developmental, emotional, and cognitive impairments.
I have experience as a Multi-Systemic Therapist and substantial experience conducting crisis assessments and interventions. I also have specialized training in Autism assessments and provide professional psychological testing services.
My integrative approach combines evidence-based practices with compassionate care, enabling me to create personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and goals.
You will find me spending time with my husband of 27 years, my three grown sons, and four grandchildren. In my spare time you will find me doing school work, crafting, watching my favorite mystery show, or trying to find a Florida beach.
